Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream

Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream

I am so happy just managed to create a Sugar FREE & Dairy FREE Ice-cream on the first attempt and it was so easy. I have been searching for recipes for a while but they all have sweeteners or sweetener alternatives in and are either Sugar FREE or Dairy FREE not both.

So here goes, I would advise using an ice cream maker, as the process is so fast.

Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream - Mixed Berry and Coconut Flavour.

Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream - Mixed Berry and Coconut Flavour.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Mixed Fruit – 12oz (any frozen fruit mix could work)
  • 2 cans of Coconut Milk (I used a full fat variety)

Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream Recipe:

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blitz like crazy until all the fruit it broken down to a smoothly like texture.
  • Following the steps of your ice cream maker add the mixture to the ice cream machine. Mine took 30 mins to process until it became an ice creamy texture and tasted wicked (I couldn’t stop tasting it).

That’s it done! Eat straight the Dairy FREE, Sugar FREE Ice Cream straight away or put into a tub in the freezer for later. Can’t wait to eat that later my first Sugar FREE & Dairy FREE Ice Cream.

The ice cream is definatly best eaten in small batches and eaten straight away, as it can freeze really hard.

If the ice cream does freeze too hard just take out of the freezer for a few mins then put the required portion back in a food processor and pulse for a short while

Hi, I’ve just discovered a dairy and sugar free ice cream in Tesco, it’s by Worthenshaw’s, called Freedom, frozen dessert. It’s made using Sweet Freedom which I’ve found is a good sugar alternative.
