These gluten free cornflakes from Doves Farm are great, one of the few products in the supermarket gluten free section I can actually eat, as so many others have sugar and egg. I remember when I first found these I couldn’t wait to get home and try them – they did not let me down.

NB. Rice malt is a thick syrup made by the traditional malting of cereal grains. Traditional malting produces a rich and delicious flavour and provides a balance of maltose and complex sugars. This is however said to be friendly for those on an anti candida diet.
They are thicker and more crunchy than normal cornflakes and I love them. I tend to normally have oats for my breakfast and buy these gluten free cornflakes as a treat; I like to have only a small amount of products such as rice malt as when trying to avoid all sugars, anything with a sweet taste can feed a sweet tooth.

June 8, 2015 at 12:26 pmHi, I love your blog. I am living in Saudi Arabia and don’t have access to a lot of gluten free options. Would you know if Bjorg brand organic cornflakes are gluten free?
Thanks in advance
