Being a Fussy Foodie

Food Chat Room

Ta da, our lovely new food chat room went live yesterday. The chat room means we can now interactive live with all our Fussy Foodie readers. Inspired by an MSN chat yesterday with fellow Fussy Foodie Emma about the challenges of hidden sugars, it inspired me to setup a food chat room so we can all share thoughts and questions live.

Chat room

If you look to the far right of the website you will see the food chat room, where you can find who’s online and ready to chat. All foodie chats are welcome; if you need to vent about the frustrations of living on a restrictive diet, swap recipes, get product ideas really anything goes as long as it’s Fussy Foodie related it’s all welcome.

my daughters have been on the failsafe diet for the last 2 1/2 years and as strict as I was, there were still other things that would prop up to be new allergies
Finally after much experimentation with alternative therapies I found an acupuncturist who uses Kinesiologist and tapping which seems in the last 6 weeks to have made a profound difference and opened up the world of healthy food back to us.
Has anyone found success in broadening their food tolerances?

Sorry forgot to say do not think the healing is just the Acupuncture but more importantly altering the unconcious mind stuff that can be negative.
If interested see tapping (I think also known as EFT)
    on the internet
    cheers Rachel
