I love lime pickle and it’s just fantastic with Gluten Free Sausages. I happened to try it at a friends of mines when I realised it was sugar free, as pretty much anything of this nature in a jar tends to contain sugar, when I tried it I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and now I love it.
Lime pickle ingredients: Limes (76%), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Mustard, Chilli, Fenugreek, Spices, Acetic Acid, Flavouring.
If like me you need to avoid sugar in your diet this lime pickle is a great with poppadoms and fantastic with Gluten Free Sausages, so give it a try.

July 5, 2011 at 11:08 amHi, Im curious – the Lime Pickle contains acetic acid which is the main component of vinegar. Would that not be a problem for a yeast free/candida diet? Or is it in such a small quantity you would be ok? Thank you.
