I was just browsing the internet and found a really random Chocolate Shake recipe using peanut butter but it gave me some inspiration – so I just popped into the kitchen for a small experiment to make a Sugar Free Chocolate Shake with a special added extra peanut butter – got to say it was a real winner.
Making the Sugar Free Chocolate Shake is easy, in a blender put:
- Large glass of milk – I used Vanilla Rice Milk and Soya milk combo
- 1tsp Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp cinammon
- Heaped tbsp sugar free peanut butter
- Few ice cubes
Blitz everything up until mixed then pour the Sugar Free Chocolate Shake mixture into a glass and drink
